Web Design & Hourly Services
Hours billed on a monthly basis. First 10 hours are paid up front. Following use of initial funding, business is billed monthly for work in arrears. By requesting work, you are agreeing to pay for it. Work commissioned and billed in arrears is due for payment on the agreed upon due date and if you are not in a position to pay on time, communicate this to our team so we can make arrangements as needed for your budget.
Working with a freelance designer removes the cost of overhead and allows you to reach a very affordable price. With pay by the hour billing, you only pay for the hours actually invested in your business instead of flat rate premiums and monthly minimums.
Relationship is in an as-needed status and there is no contract implemented preventing termination fees or breach of contract penalties. However, this does not negate the agreement to pay for work rendered.

Marketing & Virtual Assistance
For invoicing, you will receive an invoice via email around the time that you come due. Payment is due in advance or at the start of the month where services are rendered, and the subscription covers the 1st through the 30/31st of that month.
For my clients, I issue a statement at tax season showing all the invoices and your total yearly cost, total paid, etc around the start of the new year.
There is no contract. I have found that an at-will relationship makes my clients more comfortable. This allows freedom for you in the event that you decide you want to go a different direction, or for me in the event that I decide the same. In this respect, I do respect the importance of confidentiality, an excellent work ethic, and providing outstanding customer service.
In light of this freedom to leave, I do require a 30 day notice if you will be ending the use of my services. You are free to retract your un-subscription if within that time you decide not to quit, but you will be charged through the end of the following month from the date of notification if you do choose to leave. Should you cancel your subscription and return at a later date, you will be charged whatever the established rate is for new customers and loose any discounts you had prior.
Discounts
I offer a referral discount. If you are satisfied with the services I offer and you send a friend to me who also subscribes to my services, you will be given 20% off your next month's subscription or 1 hour of free hourly work. All of my clients are word of mouth and referrals from other clients! I love doing business this way, so please don't hesitate to share my information with friends.
