FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can call our company directly at 706-280-0533, or you can start by going to the services tab and following the "Book Now" link for the service you are subscribing to. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email requesting the information and permissions needed to get started! We will be in touch!
In light of subscription services being non-contracted, we do require a 30 day notice if you will be ending the use of our services. You are free to retract your un-subscription if within that time you decide to continue our services, but you will be charged through the end of the following month from the date of notification if you do choose to leave.
There is no formal, time binding contract. I have found that an at-will relationship makes my clients more comfortable. This allows freedom for you in the event that you decide you want to go a different direction, or for our company in the event that we decide the same. In this respect, we respect the importance of confidentiality, an excellent work ethic, and providing outstanding customer service.
However, any services agreed upon must be paid in a timely manner. Request of said services (subscription, graphic design, web, etc) is considered your agreement to pay for said services.
We accept many forms of payment including Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay and Facebook Payments. If you are unable to pay digitally, please contact us at 706-280-0533 to discuss additional options.
We offer a referral discount. If you are satisfied with the work and you send a friend to us who also purchases, you will be given 20% off your next month's subscription (or one hour of free web design). All of our clients are word of mouth and referrals from other clients! We love doing business this way, so please don't hesitate to share our information with friends.
Because of the extremely economic rate of our offerings, web work requires a 10 hour minimum. We do not offer packages for less than the minimum.
For certain sub-contracting agreements, arrangements can be made.
